You deserve

You deserve

healing.

connection.

You deserve to be radically and authentically yourself.

I specialize in helping relationships heal and thrive. I work with both couples and individuals in healing from trauma, working towards well-being, and finding inner peace so that they can show up more authentically in their relationships with themselves and others.

My clients come to me with problems and challenges in their relationships—struggling to communicate, reeling from betrayal, lacking desire and passion, or overwhelmed by conflict. They feel unheard, drained, defeated, all the while still longing to connect with their partner. They feel stuck in cycles of negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that aren't serving them and aren't getting them what they truly desire: connection.

That's where I come in.

Therapy is a space for self reflection and growth, which can be highly uncomfortable and vulnerable. I hope to provide you a safe and deeply present therapeutic experience in order to support you in your healing and empower you toward courageous, open-hearted connection with yourself and in your relationships.

I want to help you understand the root of your wounds, resolve unhealed traumas that keep you stuck in dysfunctional patterns. I want to help you shed the armor that's been attempting to keep you safe, and connect with your inner self again.

You deserve healing. You deserve connection.

Work Desk
Haley Ritchie IMFT LPC_edited.jpg

Hi, I'm Haley Ritchie, IMFT, LPC.

A therapist, mom of two, wife, and life-long student.

Therapist is one of the many titles I feel honored to have. I am a mom to two little ones that I share with my wonderful husband. We also have two dogs at home, so our house knows lots of love— and lots of chaos sometimes! I come into this work with my own unique life experiences, wounds, and armor, because even though I am a therapist, I am human, too. I find my experiences help me to connect with my clients on an emotional, spiritual, human level—not just as a professional with all the answers. (Spoiler: I don't have them!)

I consider myself a life-long student (of life). I am curious by nature and I like to know all there is to know about things. I enjoy reading about and listening to podcasts on psychology, mental health, IFS, the nervous system, vulnerability, attachment, and relationships. I like to bring humor, vulnerability, and collective humanness to my work—the sense that we are all human and moving through life dealing with some of the same stuff; and we can laugh about it and cry about it together. If you're interested in exploring this work with me, let's get started.

“Healing isn’t about getting rid of the bad parts, it’s about learning to love and accept all of our parts.” Richard Schwartz
